Our SR series single-rotor shredders offer the latest technology in rotor designs and will process anything from wood and paper wastes, to textiles, plastics, engineering thermo polymers, films and fibres. With a hydraulic ram feed system, no waste is too much for the machine with it’s automated load monitoring and machines can be bulk fed to reduce operator input to the very minimum.
With options such as automatic variable speed drives, we can offer the added benefit of increasing output by as much as 70% compared to conventional single-rotor machines and electrical running cost savings of up to 60%.
Alternatively, for light, voluminous pieces such as broken pallets, plastic drums and car bumpers, our four-rotor shredders are the perfect choice. With large hoppers for bulk feeding and an automatic rotor reverse system on overload, these machines offer quick and reliable processing where high volume is required in bulk, rather than weight. Four-Rotor Shredders: The 4-shaft shredders are used in woodworking workshops, plants, industry and trade for shredding bulky timber such as long boards, broken pallets, as well as all types of packaging and cartons.
